When I find words for my feelings it helps.
So I collect quotes, copying them down in my journal and sometimes hanging them where I can see them throughout the day.

Melanie, I too collect grief quotes and have quite a lot of them. Thank you for sharing these with us. I think I would have a very hard time choosing just ten to share.
