A Rest Is Not Defeat

There’s a lot of wisdom in this little poem.  

Let the words sink in.  

If you are having a hard day or hard week or even a hard month, don’t give up.  

Learn to rest, not quit.  ❤

  3. Some days just getting out of bed is the mountain you have to climb. Hopefully, the way back down isn’t to the deep dark pit, just a gentle walk down. Just keep breathing. Hugs.
