I don’t want to remember my son.
I want to make memories with him.
I want him to watch me grow old, to watch him get married and have children and to hear his voice mingled with his siblings at my table.

EXACTLY how I feel… thank you, Melanie….my thoughts expressed in your words. Yesterday was my 71st birthday….and Ryan wasn’t there to make me laugh & be in the photo…or tease me …It wasn’t any fun without him-no fun-We ate & then came home…and just like that, it was as though I never went out for lunch 💔
